InfiMed provides consistent, professional, and results-based service support on our medical imaging products by lowering your technical support costs and reducing management headaches. We employ approved processes and procedures that ensure consistent quality and effective troubleshooting.

Reliable support

InfiMed technical service engineers have, on average, 17 years’ experience with complex digital medical imaging devices including fluoroscopy, angiography, radiology, and cardiology systems. Carefully selected on the basis of technical expertise and people skills, each technical service engineer has proven adept at both mastering new technology and building strong customer relations.

Flexible solutions

We have the infrastructure in place to give you many service options including direct customer service as well as third party service options for OEMs and dealers. Our team can provide full call center capabilities and act as an extension of your service team.
