In addition to phone support, our engineers have the ability to access your InfiMed system remotely to view the situation first-hand. Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Web Services offer you around the clock access to InfiMed’s secure Customer Care pages. A collection of critical documentation specifically meant to maximize uptime and promote proactive problem prevention. All available information is downloadable on demand including: Generator Interfaces, DICOM Conformance, and Technical Manuals.
DIAMOND – Replacement Parts, Software Support Upgrades
Includes all of the benefits of the EMERALD contract plus full Replacement Parts and Software Support Upgrades coverage for your InfiMed product. InfiMed’s job is to dramatically minimize downtime without requiring major investments on your part. We have a full inventory of parts ready for on-time delivery to get you up and running. The Software Support coverage includes all software updates.
